Payment and delivery costs

After you place an order and pay for it, the delivery time takes up to 5 business days, with a smaller number of orders, we try to complete the order within 2 business days.

The shipment is sent by DHL Parcel courier and is delivered to the address provided within 2 business days.

Shipments to countries in the European Union also sent via DHL Parcel and are delivered in 2-5 days.

Shipments to non-EU countries are sent via Poczta Polska and the delivery time depends on the country to which it was sent, eg Great Britain, about a month.

The cost of DHL Parcel shipping in Poland is PLN 16.90 (including insurance and text messages to the customer).

In the European Union, the cost of DHL Parcel shipping is EUR 16.63 (including insurance and text messages to the customer).

Outside the European Union, the cost of shipment by Polish Post depends on the weight of the shipment.

We do not send orders on delivery, due to the fact that full spectrum oils should be kept in a cool place and each ordering from abroad, especially where the package is longer between 2-6 weeks, takes its own responsibility for the quality of full spectrum products.

If the parcel is damaged, it should be opened in the presence of the courier and check if the goods are undamaged or if the order is complete. If it turns out that the order is damaged or incomplete, please ask the courier to fill out the form and contact the seller.

When the customer picks up the parcel and opens it after the courier’s departure and it turns out that the product is damaged, contact the store as soon as possible by calling the number +48 888488911, or by sending an email: ddsklepik@gmail.com

in order to order intervention at the carrier.

In a situation where the parcel does not arrive or is lost, you should also contact the store in order to take the next steps to check what happened with the parcel.

Failure to send the confirmation of the transfer with the order number in the title of the transfer will result in the money being returned to the payer’s account.

When placing an order in the shop, the Customer is obliged to enter the information that the above order has been paid for by a bank transfer directly to the seller’s currency account in Euro.
